Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience in an HR function
Knowledge of state and federal laws related to employment, benefit administration, and staffing
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Ability to maintain confidential information
Experience working with multi-functional and cross-cultural organization strongly preferred.
